Rani Ghaziri - Chief Executive Officer
A dedicated and seasoned leader with a profound commitment to empowering both businesses and athletes in achieving their aspirations, Rani boasts a robust background in Sports Management and Applied Functional Science. Holding a Sports Science degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University and proudly bearing the Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) credential from the Gray Institute.
Rani leverages his extensive background and expertise to spearhead the creation and development of soccer academies and futsal organizations, leaving a lasting impact not only within the United States but also on a global scale. His dedication to nurturing athletes in the highly competitive sports arena has been evident over the past two decades, during which he pioneered soccer academies in the Middle East and the Gulf. In 2014, he embarked on a transformative journey by establishing Carolina Soccer Services in the United States, giving rise to the Queen City Mutiny and Charlotte Futsal, both of which have evolved into highly regarded youth development institutions under his guidance.
His vision is to position ISS as a leading player representation agency in the United States, forging robust connections with Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

Danny Reynolds - Chief talent director
As an ex professional, Reynolds displayed exceptional talent and passion for the sport, leading him to pursue a career in soccer when he joined the youth academy of Reading Football Club at the age of 11. He quickly developed as a highly technical player, with speed, and natural athleticism which made him a valuable asset to the team.
In 2013 Reynolds made his switch to Cheltenham Town FC. He showcased his talent immediately and was soon considered one of the most promising young players in the English Football League.
In 2015 he moved to the United States where had a successful career at two top institutions; Uni. of Louisville and Uni. of North Carolina At the peak of his career, Reynolds was ranked 73 on Top Drawer Soccer’s Postseason Top 100 list, as well as Seahawks’ 2nd leading scorer with four goals and 13 points. Ultimately selected in the Major League Soccer SuperDraft with the No. 35 for Seattle Sounders FC, where he played for 3 years professionally within the Seattle Sounders organization as well as Sacramento Republic FC.
In 2023, Reynolds retired from playing to focus on helping young athletes pursue their dreams. He has helped many youth players strive for their dreams and believes that with the right environment through fostering relationships, any player with the ability and determination to succeed can get where they are striving to.

Simon O'Brien - Chief Legal Officer
Simon is an experienced contract lawyer with an extensive background in sports law, corporate transactions, contract negotiation and drafting. During his career Simon has excelled in a variety of different domains and fields, and has had the pleasure of representing professional athletes, race car drivers, golfers, and the teams they play and drive for in numerous contracting matters totalling millions of dollars in value transacted.
Simon has attended UNC Charlotte, Elon University, and more notably Harvard University where he began his journey and plying his trade.
